About Havindi Industries
We are a property management and consultation company. We manage Mid Term, Short Term and Long Term rentals including single family and multi family properties. We also have a team of experienced Commercial property operators. We specialize in small balance strip malls in several different states.
While we do offer management for Long Term and Short Term strategies, we specialize in Mid Term Rental strategies for single family and multi family properties. A MTR (Mid Term Rental) can be just as profitable as a regularly booked STR (Short Term Rental). We make it our goal to provide a luxury service for the landlords whose properties we represent and for the tenants who rent those properties. Our goal is to provide unreasonable hospitality that separates us from any other management company in a way that allows us to build a relationship with our tenants in a way that keeps them coming back to us to find properties to stay in.
We also provide guidance to the landlords that work with us through our consultation services to guide them in the decision for the most profitable avenue to rent their property. We look at the neighborhood that their property is located in and the surrounding area. We then help them choose the best rental strategy for their property and guide them in design for that property and promotion for that property.
Single/Multi Family Rentals
We provide clean, safe, and attractive rental options for traveling medical and other professionals. We also work with insurance company relocation specialists to help provide them with options for those who have been displaced by an unfortunate situation with their own home. We will also manage short term and long term rentals for clients who have a mix of properties.
Consultation
We provide expert consultation services for the property owner who come to us. We look at the property, the neighborhood and the surrounding area and help formulate the best strategy to make that property owners investment as profitable as possible.
Design Services
We will not manage a property that does not fit the luxury criteria for the properties and service that we provide to the tenants that rely on us for hospitality. As a result we also provide our own in house design services to help property owners who do not already have a design team to maximize the look and feel of their property.
Commercial
We have an experienced team of commercial property manages in several state in the country. We focus mostly on small strip malls and working to maximize the profits for our clients through design, marketing and advertising.
